The City of Belleville, Water Customer Service Department is pleased to announce that we now offer E-Billing services for Water Billing.

The E-Bill will include the same information as your regular paper bill and your billing date will remain the same, as will your payment options. If you are interested in going paperless, please complete the following information and submit this form.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify the City of Belleville - Water Customer Services Department of any changes to the E-Mail address provided for E-Billing. If the electronic bill is undeliverable, a paper copy of the bill will be sent.

Whether you choose to receive your bill electronically or continue to receive a paper copy, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the Belleville Water Customer Service Department if a regular monthly or bi-monthly invoice is not received, and to confirm or update your information.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act 2001, SO 2001, c.25 and will be used to process your Belleville Water E-Billing request.
