City of Belleville Takes Part in Ongoing Community Partner Conference Call

City officials continue to meet with Hastings Prince Edward Public Health, Quinte Health Care, neighbouring municipalities and other community partners on an ongoing basis to receive updates on the COVID-19 situation locally and beyond. Updates from today’s meeting included:
- Belleville General Hospital is now accepting Personal Protective Wear donations for all of Quinte Health Care. Donations can be dropped off at the back Sills entrance of the hospital from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Effective March 26 at 9 a.m., Addictions and Mental Health Services Hastings Prince Edward will be operating an Addictions and Mental Health Pandemic Helpline for those experiencing difficulties coping with their mental health or substance use issues during this time. The line will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and those wishing to connect with a professional can do so by calling 613-967-4737.
