Clifford Sonny Belch Park is located at 69 Centre Street, between Centre Street, McFarland Drive and West Street in the northwest section of the city. The park was formally known as Hillcrest Park and is on the former Hillcrest Public School property.
In 2021, a park master plan was created for the property as a part of the City's Parkland and Recreation Master Plan, and construction started in 2022.
