With summer weather here to stay, we would like to remind residents that the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre and Belleville Public Library are public cooling centres for those needing relief from the heat. The cooling centres are open the following hours:

Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre –9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily

Belleville Public Library – Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note the library will also be open this Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. but will be closed on Sundays going forward until Labour Day as summer hours begin.
Our splash pads are another way to keep cool, free of charge and are open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. now through Labour Day. They are located at:

Kinsmen Park (151 Dundas St. East)
