Driver, Owner and Rideshare/Uride Licensing
Taxi/Limo and Rideshare/Uride owners and drivers operating within the City of Belleville must all be licensed annually with the City. You must email the Licensing Officer to make an appointment to apply for your licence.
To drive a taxi, limo or Uride, you will need:
- valid driver's licence
- proof of Canadian employment eligibility
- recent (60 days) criminal record check
- recent (60 days) Ministry of Transportation Abstract
- $85.00 fee
- two passport quality photographs
- completed application form
