Request to Appear Before Council or Standing Committee
When submitting a request to appear before council or a committee, the follow information must be included:Body you wish to appear before:
- City Council
- Accessibility Advisory Committee
- Planning Advisory Committee
- Façade Improvement Committee
- Green Task Force Committee
- Parking Advisory Committee
- Other Committee

Purpose of appearance
- Written Materials for Committee Members/Public
- Presentation via PowerPoint/DVD Visual (must be received at least 24 hours prior to appearance)
- Presentations to Council/Standing Committee are limited to 10 minutes.
- All requests to appear before City Council MUST be received in writing by 4:30 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled Council meeting.
- A member of the Corporate Services Department will be in contact with you to confirm your appearance and discuss any further requirements.
