The payment feature on the BTAP app is currently down. Our payment supplier Moneris and farebox supplier Genfare are working to fix the issue but, in the meantime, riders will not be able to purchase passes or tickets online through the app. Any passes or tickets that have already been purchased before the outage will still work on the fareboxes. However, riders will have to purchase physical tickets and monthly passes until the system is corrected. We will provide an update as soon as the app is back online.
Belleville Transit services the community with reliable, accessible transportation. Our buses run regular routes as well as on demand, special event and trolley routes, and specialized mobility transit.
