Making Payments
The City of Belleville offers a variety of options for paying property taxes.

Financial Institution Payments |

May be made at any financial institution or through your bank’s telephone or online banking services. |

Pre-Authorized Payment |
|
Pre-authorized payment plans allow you to make 12 monthly payments or four instalment payments per year. Payments are withdrawn from your bank account and credited to your property tax account. Online forms are available through the below links or through our office. Card payments can be made online or by phone at 1-888-460-3832. Please note: a convenience charge is applicable. |

Drop Box |

The City Hall drop box is located at 169 Front St. on the northwest side of the building. (McAnnany St.) Drop box is to be used for cheques only. |

By Mail |

Cheques can be sent to City of Belleville, 169 Front St., Belleville, ON K8N 2Y8. (Postdated cheques will be processed without exception.) |

In Person |
| Payments can also be made at City Hall (169 Front St.) Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre (265 Cannifton Rd.), Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with the exception of holidays. |
